Castle Stalker was built around 1320 and is one of Scotland's many great coastal castles, with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We lucked out visiting on a perfect sunny day with crystal clear waters and the odd sea otter! The castle famously was lost by the Stewarts in a drunken bet in around 1620 when it passed to Clan Campbell.
